I stayed here one weekend as part of a business trip to Canary Wharf. It was 15 mins from Waterloo station, taking the jubilee line, and a short 5 min walk from the tube station, which is pretty good for London hotel, especially when on business.
The room could be self catered, as a fairly decent kitchen was in the apartment. The room was very clean, and even has a dishwasher, washer / dryer and fridge included. So i didn´t really have any excuse for not being ready for work. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is nice because you away from some of the congested areas of central London. There is also a good selection of shops and stores nearby. I would say the only downside was the price, but if you want quality, sometimes you have to pay a little more.

I chose this hotel because it was a recommend budget priced hotel, and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. Like most places I’ve stayed in NZ, all the staff were friendly and helpful – and also enjoyed hearing some authentic Welsh words. With a comfortable bed, clean room, good shower and a good kitchen, $100 NZD a night in a good part of Wellington was an absolute bargain.
The hotel is right next to Cuba street, so if you’re planning to go, try to time your visit with the Cuba Street Music festival. It’s a brilliant event, and I would also imagine great for kids to see too.
And as a final note, make sure you visit Te Papa if you visit Wellington, it was one of the most entertaining places I have seen that still manages to teach things. Those crafty kiwis!

Chez David (Pension and Jewish restaurant) is located just about 5 minutes from the “old-town” and despite its great location, friendly staff, and quite good breakfast, it is still budget friendly (around 50 euros per night).
I stayed here for one night and in the morning I was on my way to Vienna Airport (Schwechat). I could catch my bus connection from the bridge “Novy most” which is about 5 minutes by walk from this hotel.

A nice 4-star hotel with decent service, we had a very clean and spacious room with an excellent shower. Internet access is available but very expensive, and there is an internet café that is a lot cheaper and only a couple of blocks away. There is an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, restaurant and bar. The breakfast is an absolute feast, but some of the evening meals have a bit to be desired. This is not a problem as the Novatel is located 15 – 20 mins walk or a short taxi ride from the major restaurant areas. Room service is available until quite late.
Edinburgh is beautiful (but also cold) city with a wonderful large castle and park only a few minutes from the hotel. The main street for shopping is at the bottom of the castle road, on the opposite side of the park to the Hotel. But is only a short bus or taxi ride away. A good location if you want to visit the Edinburgh festival, yet keep away from the dead centre when you want rest.
As a final note most of the hotel staff are from other areas of Europe, so at times it is difficult to communicate.

In 2006 I stayed 2 days with my family in Ramses Hilton Hotel which is located on the east bank of the Nile in Cairo. My stay at this hotel was comfortable. The rooms are large and are cleaned daily, we found this hotel to be excellent, well appointed, wonderful views specially the great view of the River Nile, extremely polite staff and the food was first class. It’s really a 5-star hotel, it is also not for tourists only, there are business men and guests who are not on holiday staying there.
Beside this hotel there is a great mall (Hilton Ramses Mall) which contain a huge number of shops where you can find a lot of things to buy at a very cheap price.
The most thing I like in the hotel is the restaurant not only because its delicious food but also because of the wonderful view from the restaurant.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is the main note for this hotel because, as in most Holiday Express Inns, the rooms and facilities are basic necessity. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from either the town centre or Cardiff Bay. The location is a bit difficult if you want a bus, as you need to walk 5mins to get the bus, which is almost halfway to either town or the bay.
The rooms were ok, not entirely clean but acceptable. The beds were alright, the shower a bit small, and the breakfast was very standard – ceral, toast, croissants. The price was cheap for the UK, at £60 a night. It is also has wheelchair access.
Cardiff is a delightful town with many tourist activities available, from the Castle in the centre of town, to sailing in Cardiff Bay. The city itself feels smaller and friendlier than a lot of other European cities and you can always as a passer-by for information.

It’s the Capital of Poland. During the World War II, 80% of the city was destroyed and was rebuild in 1950s.
The most interesting places to visit in Warsaw are:
- Palace of culture and science(the highest building in Poland)
- about 30 theaters including National Theater
- Museums (Polish army, National Museum and many others)
- Royal castle museum
- Historical city center with Royal castle and many smaller palaces
- The most beautiful park - Lazienki
- Powiazki Cementery - one of the oldest cemeteries in Europe and Jewish cementary
- Palac Wilanowski - former residence of king Jan III Sobieski
Warsaw has it owns airport - “Okrecie”
